Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, product launches, or pre-order releases.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs or import processing

  • Weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to England/Wales/Scotland and Northern Ireland.
If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are shipped once they arrive in stock. Estimated ship dates are subject to change. Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
