All Orders are Dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours, depending on the current workload. We only use Royal Mail as our shipping provider.

• Delivery aim 2-3 working days from date dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 24:

• Delivery aim 1-2 working days from date dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Please note that a small cancellation fee may apply to cover non-refundable payment processing charges.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be: Unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Card Condition Guide (Surfacing & Centering)

Near Mint (NM) - Very light surface wear. Minor border wear, slight whitening, or small printing defects may be present but are minimal and difficult to notice.

Lightly Played (LP) - Surface wear and printing defects are more visible. Some minor scratches on the card visible on close inspection. Some minor whitening on the back, edge(s) or corner(s) of the card.

Moderately Played (MP) - Moderate wear is visible. Surface scratches, moderate edge wear, moderate whitening, or printing defects may be present and more easily noticeable.

Heavily Played (HP) - Major wear is visible. Severe surface scratches, severe edge wear, or severe whitening is very noticeable on the card. Creases or bends in the card may be present.  

Slightly Off Center (SOC) - The cards centering is slightly uneven, but not enough to making it officially off center.  

Off Center (OC) - The cards centering is significantly uneven, making it off center.
